This time of year is always kind of intense.
Be it good or bad. It’s usually going to get in your head and pose some questions.
I’m a reflective kinda gal and for me, the end of the year is always significant. It’s always impactful and I *know* I’ll need to factor in some time to just be with my feelings and reflect. I feel a need to gather my thoughts and connect with myself before I can start to think about who I want to be in the coming year.
